  • Acceptance of monthly reports and ongoing work implies acknowledgment of these charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Services can be cancelled at any time by emailing info@bobodigital.com.au.
  • Upon cancellation, no future charges will be incurred. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle or past services rendered.

Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality

  • All information, recommendations, and reports provided by us are confidential and for client use only.
  • We commit to non-disclosure of any confidential information to third parties without written or verbal agreement from the client.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
